Every line below is priced against a 10×10 kitchen (two walls, about 20 linear feet of cabinets), the industry's standard yardstick. Ranges are cabinets only — assembled, delivered, discount included — before accessories and freight:

Does Your Finish Choice Change the Price?

Mostly no — but not always, and the exceptions are worth knowing before you fall in love with a color. We pulled base-cabinet pricing for every finish inside three lines to check, rather than guess:

• Allure Galaxy (14 finishes). Twelve of the fourteen — Frost, Dove, Linen, Nickel, Cobblestone, Horizon, Indigo, Timber, Mocha, Truffle, Pistachio Green, and Pitch Black — price identically. Desert Oak and Natural Oak are the outliers: they're the two oak-grain finishes in a deck that is otherwise paints and stains, Fabuwood prices them in their own group, and each runs about 20% higher on the same cabinet. A 12″ Galaxy base (B12) lists at $560 in the twelve standard finishes and $675 in either oak; after our discount that's $364 against roughly $439.
• Illume and Ovela Catalina (15 finishes each). Both lines split cleanly into two price tiers, and the split isn't gloss-versus-matte the way you'd assume. Bianco Gloss, Grigio Gloss, Bianco Matte, and Carbone Matte — the four solid-color finishes — sit in the higher tier, about 10–11% above the eleven wood-texture finishes (Clubhouse Oak, Como Ash, Ferrara Oak, Hickory Rock, Light Artwood, Muratti 1, Muratti 4, Natural Elm, Nocce 3, Olmo 3, and Silk Flow). Fabuwood's 2026 Illume pricing book shows it plainly: the solid colors sit in the R price column and the wood textures it lists (Como Ash 2, Muratti 1 and 4, Nocce 3, Olmo 3) in the T column, so a B12 base lists at 710 against 640 and a B36 at 1,085 against 980. Your quote applies the dealer discount to both columns, so the gap stays about the same in percentage terms. The pattern across both lines: solid, single-tone finishes (a flat white, a flat gray, a saturated stain) tend to cost slightly more to produce consistently than a printed or textured wood-look surface, and Fabuwood's price groups reflect that. It's a small difference on any one cabinet, but on a full 10–10 it can add up to a few hundred dollars — worth factoring in if you're choosing between two finishes you like equally.

One more finish path worth knowing: the custom paint-match program on the framed Allure lines (Galaxy, Fusion, Luna, Nexus, Echo, and Luxe) lets you order any color from the full Sherwin-Williams or Benjamin Moore catalogs, well beyond the stock finishes counted in the table. It isn't reflected in the ranges above — custom colors are made to order and typically carry their own upcharge over the standard finish list, so ask for that number specifically when you request a quote rather than assuming it matches the nearest stock finish.

A kitchen isn't priced as one number — it's dozens of individual cabinets, accessories, and trim pieces added together, and a base cabinet doesn't cost the same as a wall cabinet or a range hood. To build this section we pulled every live Fabuwood listing in our catalog and grouped it by product type, the same categories Fabuwood itself uses on its spec sheets. These ranges span every line, from entry Galaxy to premium Ovela, so the low end of each row is typically Galaxy and the high end is typically Illume or Ovela — our discount is already subtracted:

Base and wall cabinets carry the bulk of a kitchen's total — a typical 10×10 mixes 6–8 base cabinets with 6–8 wall cabinets, which is why those two rows do most of the work in the line-level ranges above. What the brand fixed instead is the dealer-side system: EZ Pricing puts every door style in a flat price group with one clean number per cabinet, replacing the old maze of multipliers and lettered surcharge codes. Before EZ Pricing, dealers worked from lettered price groups (Group A, B, C and so on) with separate multiplier sheets for modifications — workable for someone quoting kitchens every day, opaque for a homeowner trying to reverse-engineer a number.
